Normally I do not do reviews, but this is one company that really impressed me. I recently relocated from the state of Michigan to Frisco. One of the biggest challenges is to find reliable service companies. I like to reach out to my community in Frisco Lakes and ask for recommendations. Some are good others are just cheap and not so good. When I bought my house, the home inspection found a gutter problem that needed repair and a few other minor issues. The previous owner hired a Handyman Service to make the repairs....all fixed or so I thought. 4 months later the gutter problem showed up again! This time I wanted a Gutter professional to fix it once and for all. I did a lot of research to find the right gutter repair company. There are many that advertise gutter repair with no address listed. Brothers Gutters not only has a real address, but they also work out of their office not their house. I was impressed seeing a store front sign and work trucks with logos in the parking lot. Everything started to long good for me to contact them...Nice informative Website...great reviews and they were only 2 miles from my house. I called them on Monday morning and spoke to a real person. I was told they could stop out on Tuesday morning between 10-11am to give me an estimate. They would contact me prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. The owner, Derrick, arrived and I showed him the problem that needed fixing. He showed me that the Handyman did not use proper size screws to reattach the gutter. Rather than send his crew back out to do the repair, he said it was a quick fix and he had with him what was needed. 10 minutes later, the gutter was better than new and Derrick was on his way!!!! Outstanding Company with the greatest customer service. Brothers Gutters just earned all my future gutter business.
